Here are some pictures from the storm last night, we lost power around 9:30, winds were around 60 mph...I had to do something to entertain myself in the blackness. This is a series of pictures looking out my window. The last one is during some of the lightning.
I absolutely love storm season. We had a tornado come pretty close to downtown kc not to long ago. Dustin and I live on the top floor of our building and while many of our neighbors where heading to the bottom floor at the sound of the sirens, we immediately took the fire escape to the roof.

lucky for cell phones, we can still talk during power outages, that was the best conversation ever.
